User Explicit Consent Required for Data Collection

Invosyte requests explicit consent from users to collect and share the following types of data:

 

Daily Health Data

Carbon Emission Data (including location data for generating a heatma

 

This data may be shared with the following entities (whout personal details):

 

Government Health Departments: To support preventive actions against diseases, epidemics, or pandemics. Daily health data, including body temperature, SpO2 levels, and symptom intensity (e.g., cold, cough, sore throat, breathing issues, vomiting, diarrhea, sneezing, headache, body tiredness), will be shared for this purpose.

 

Government Environment and Sustainability Agencies: For aggregated data related to carbon emissions (CO2e) and carbon offset efforts (CO2o). This includes data on electricity, plastics, transport, clothing, water, gas, and efforts such as donations, tree planting, and recycling to offset carbon emissions.

 

Real-Time Event Location Data Collection

For any real-time event that a user participates in, location data is collected to calculate the participant's leadership position during the event and to determine when the event concludes once the distance target has been achieve

 

User Contact eMail ID

Invosystems permanently deletes the contact email ID used to register for the mobile app from the server and stores all other data in an encrypted format to ensure that, even in the event of a server breach, no user contact details are accessible to intruders for copying, monetizing, or misusing the data. No user's contact number or mobile number is required to register and use the PlanetSustain mobile app

 

 

User Account Deletion

The user has the option to permanently delete their account from the server and discontinue using the mobile app by initiating the Account Deletion option within the app. Once the account is deleted, neither the user nor Invosystems can restore the account

 

Data Storage and Privacy

 

This data is used solely for membership authentication, activation, and maintenance.

 

All collected data is stored in an encrypted format to ensure privacy and security.

 

The email ID is used exclusively to send the membership ID and password to the user.

 

After the user logs in for the first time, all personal data is downloaded to the user's mobile device, and the email ID is permanently removed from the server.

 

The server retains only essential data (First Name, Gender, DOB, and Postal Code) in encrypted form for membership authentication, updates, and other related services.

 

Cold Storage

 

Invosystems also stores a copy of user data in cold storage, encrypted for membership maintenance, complaint resolution, Government Regulations and subscription-related services. This includes:

First Name, Last Name. Email ID. City / State Name, Postal/Zip Code

 

Payment and Transactions

Invosystems uses a third-party payment gateway, HITPAY (STRIPE), and does not store credit card details.

 

When a member purchases merchandise through the app and physical delivery is required, the member’s name, address, and mobile number are shared with the delivery partner. This data is removed from the server within 7 days of the delivery activity completion.
